Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive franchisee acquisition and development within the preschool industry.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and franchise management, with a proven track record of successfully expanding a franchise network.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, approach, and acquire new franchisees to expand the preschool network across Delhi/NCR.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring their growth and success.

- Work closely with franchisees to ensure alignment with the company's operational standards and brand guidelines.

- Conduct market research to identify potential franchisee opportunities and assess market needs

- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create strategies that support franchise growth.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential franchisees, outlining the benefits and opportunities of partnering with the brand.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on franchise development progress.

Be flexible to attend meetings and events outside of standard working hours if required.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or a similar role within the preschool or education sector.Proven experience in B2B sales and relationship management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.'

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to travel within the Delhi/NCR region as needed.
