Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify franchise leads, converting them into business partnerships.
- Oversee the franchise sales process and drive expansion efforts.
- Develop strategic business proposals and negotiate franchise agreements.
- Work closely with franchisees to set up and operate their business successfully.
- Ensure compliance with company franchise policies and operational guidelines.
