Manager - Business Development - Food Manufacturing (3-6 yrs)

Their range of cereal based nutritional ready-to-eat snack packs are "Enriched with goodness". Their products are available across India, Middle East and North America, in stores and through ecommerce websites.
The company believes in focusing on providing tasty, roasted, contemporary flavoured and highly nutritious ingredients like Quinoa, Chia, Flaxseeds, Sunflower seeds, Oats, Fenugreek etc. with an Indian twist to the health-conscious current and future generations.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue profitably and at a faster pace from channels such as vending machines, corporate gifting, CSD/CPC.
What you will do:
- Launching the brand in targeted market segments effectively and innovatively
- Designing and undertaking marketing, promotions and visibility campaigns in relevant alternate channels
- Monitoring and optimizing supply chain for demand fulfilling
- Negotiating as company representative with buyers to achieve targeted profitability
- Becoming a part of senior company management and developing new revenue streams for the company
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in food industry
- Proficiency in verbal & written English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)
- Great people management skills, negotiation skills and leadership skills
