Manager - Business Development - FMCG/Telecom (3-5 yrs)
- Hiring and Training of BDO
- Setting short term/long term targets and ensuring their achievement by BDO
- Identifying new market opportunities and market penetration
- Execution of New City launch as per schedule
- Pre-Launch market survey to be done for at least 100 counters of all sizes (market potential / total consumption/ credit days / rate).
- Provide pre-requisites of Launch to team (Uniform, Business Cards, etc)
- On field 10 days of training to BDO about all the business development parameters.
- Area development and Beat Planning for BDO on monthly basis.
- Analysing consumer behaviour and conducting consumer testimonials
- Dividing market segments on the basis of geography of each city to different BDO
- Ensure 250 installation in a month per BDO
- Ensure 40 enrolments per day per BDO
- Maintaining data and statistics of Daily Enrolments and Customer On-boarded.
- Providing guidance to each BDO regarding sales and promotion of the product
-Monitoring adherence to set procedure regarding agreement with customer.
- Reviewing the performance of BDO and reporting the same to Marketing Head and Business Head
