Job Description :
The agency channel's sales success will be monitored and guided by the direct sales manager. A highly driven leader with solid sales experience, teamwork skills, and a dedication to producing outstanding outcomes is needed for this position.
Key Responsibility :
- Examine market trends, find new business prospects, and make sure the agency's offers satisfy customer demands.
- Create and execute successful agency channel sales strategies with an emphasis on revenue development and market expansion.
- When necessary, assist agents in closing complicated or expensive deals during sales presentations.
Qualifications :
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Field sales (FMCG, Pharma, Mutual fund)
- Education: Graduation is Required
- AGE: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years
- WE need 100 % on -Field for sales of policies
- Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
