Manager - Business Development - FMCG/Footwear/Electrical/Electronics Product/FMCD (6-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
NEW CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
- Identify, approach and convert potential clients to drive sales and increase customer base of the company.
- Build relationships across all levels at the client- Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality department.
- Ability to build relationships at corporate / HQ level as well as with Plant teams of the client.
- End to end responsibility for bring new clients on board- vendor registration, release of Purchase Order, monitoring timely supplies and release of payments.
- The candidate will be supported by an in-office coordination team on daily routine tasks.
SALES REVENUE TARGETS:
- Achieving monthly sales targets by bringing new clients on-board and also increasing share of business in existing clients.
MIS REPORTING:
- Daily MIS reporting to GM Sales, weekly meeting plan
Desired candidate's experience:
- Candidates with 6 - 12 years of strong experience in B2B Sales with client base including FMCG, Electronic Goods, Consumer Product, Footwear companies etc.
- Strong Sales & Marketing experience with a proven track record of developing new clients and scaling up businesses from existing clients.
- Solid exposure to progressive Sales practices
Education:
- Candidates with 6 - 12 years of strong experience in B2B Sales with client base including FMCG, Electronic Goods, Consumer Product, Footwear etc. MBA's preferred
- Reporting Relationship: This position reports to VP / GM Sales.
