Manager - Business Development - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
Job Description
- The Business Development Manager would be responsible for the development and execution of Sales initiatives of the business that facilitate expansion.
- The sales manager would oversee location and prime restaurant sign ups.
- It would be the business development manager's duty to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
Roles and responsibilities -
- Perform market research to understand the addressable market.
- Based on the market input, understand the feasible future locations
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sale numbers for the existing and new stores Solely responsible for the top line of the business
- Find newer avenues and markets to launch the Frshly stores and the technology to help with rapid expansion
- Oversee the identification and sign up of new store locations Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new stakeholders in Govt. utilities and private sector groups though cold calling/ meetings etc.
- Negotiating the terms of the offer, preparing all the necessary documents and close on the deal

- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development

- Qualification required 4+ years of relevant experience
Specialization- Marketing
- Prior experience in a sales and marketing role in the retail, FMCG, Telecom or Food and Beverages industry (mandatory).
- If worked with Govt officials would be an add on Experience of operating and influencing at a strategic level
