Manager - Business Development - FMCG (5-7 yrs)
Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the essential oils and natural products industry, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our global market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Identify and explore new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for essential oils, carrier oils, and related products.
2-Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
3-Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
4-Represent Aromaaz at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
5-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
What we're looking for:
1-5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG, wellness, or essential oils industry.
2-Proven track record of achieving growth targets and building client relationships.
3-Strong understanding of global markets, sales strategies, and competitive landscape.
4-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
