- Be Responsible for Developing Go to Market Strategies for All Products Range

- Develop Channel, Content & Communication Plan with The Asm Team

- Conceptualize and Launch Offerings for Niche Target Segments

- Provide Thought Leadership and Strategic Insight

- Channel Partner Management and Develop New Channel Partners to Maximize Business

- Develop and Train the Team of Asm

- Research Market Trends and Identify New Super Stockiest

- Follow Organizational Policies and Regulations that Affect the Sales Department

- Recruitment of Super Stockiest and Increasing Client Base

- Understand Our Ideal Customers and How They Relate to Our Products.
