Casey Retail India Pvt Ltd : A premier organization of Eastern India is involved in various segment of consumer interest. We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market.
Responsibilities :
As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities :
- Promote Brand in own preferable city by creating Distributors in every block.
- BDM is responsible for accelerating our presence in offline space by driving Re-Seller, affiliates On-boarding & servicing within an assigned geographical area.
- Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing distributors.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- 3+years'of overall Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skill and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty, willingness to travel extensively within the city.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be residence of Odisha.
