Manager - Business Development - FMCG (2-9 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of Business Development Manager role for one of the startup organization:
- As a Strategic Partnerships and Growth Associate, you will lead interactions with clients, retailers, distributors, partners. You will enjoy a very high degree of autonomy and decision-making ability, and will join as a key player in an extremely motivated team. Job description:
- Responsible for qualifying, pitching, and managing relationships with retailers, distributors, partners from first meeting to first sale to growth
- Ownership of offline/online sales via channel stores and partners
- Identify additional channels and partners for sales
- Monitor and measure performance
- Create activation strategies
- Set targets
- Build and scale the BD & sales organization Requirements:

- Ability to work around the crutches of a startup life Optional:
- BD, Sales experience, ideally in FMCG

- Experience in developing indirect sales channels Others:
- Interest in food (either to eat or to cook; both will put you in good company)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in dealing with distributors, buyers, retail outlets
- Experience in driving partnership deals
- Affinity for technology
