Manager - Business Development - FMCG (2-8 yrs)

Purpose of the Role :
1. Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution;
2. This role will work with the cross functional team of MT (KAMs, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial).
3. Ensure delivery of the channel plans at the store level, ensure merchandising (basis norms), drive field efficiencies, and ensure a robust engagement & relationship matrix with MT.

1. Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing agendas,
2. Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region
3. Firm up sales development plan to drive month and quarter priorities of the channel/region
4. Onboard new partners in MT
5. Manage order generation through customers and order execution HUMAN RESOURCES
6. Detailed data analysis of Internal Sales, Customer Offtake and activation to understand the gap and opportunities & build plans basis that
7. Responsible to ensure execution of merchandising KPIs eg attendance, beat adherence, share of shelf (SOS), availability, promo execution, asset execution & management etc.
8. Train team to deliver differentiated and innovative displays in the store
Qualifications Required :
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
