Manager - Business Development - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

Positions and Obligations :

1. To achieve revenue goals and spur company expansion, create and execute efficient sales tactics.

2. Oversee and guide a group of salespeople, giving them guidance, instruction, and encouragement to accomplish or surpass their goals.

3. Establish and nurture enduring bonds with business clients by offering first-rate customer support and swiftly attending to questions and issues.

4. Gain and preserve in-depth knowledge of our goods and services as well as the beverage sector.

- Develop marketing strategy and promotional materials in conjunction with cross-functional teams to bolster sales initiatives.

- Keep an eye on rival activities and market trends to spot chances for expansion and uniqueness.

7. Compile key performance indicators and areas for improvement into regular sales reports that you prepare and deliver to top management.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
