Manager - Business Development - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
- Casey Group, a trustworthy name in the FMCG segment established in Phulbani, having its corporate office at Bhubaneswar is hiring experienced sales professionals to help us to build up our business activities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
- To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
- Preparing report on sales projections and roll out of deals. Co-ordination with business head and achieving sales target.
- Managing a team and taking follow ups on day-to-day sales activities.
- Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
- Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
- Planning and directing the hiring as well as training of new sales representatives / executives.
Requirements :
- Candidates with Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Excellent Organizational skill.
- Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field.
- Representative skill with communication.
