We are Hiring smart, dynamic & experienced candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy & ethics in the market. An ideal candidate applying for the above post must perform the following:

Responsibilities :

- Creating Exclusive Distributors in Odisha or out of Odisha as per company policy.

- Contacting potential clients to arrange meetings, generate leads and close them effectively.

- Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

- Finding & Developing new markets & improving sales.

- Developing quotes & proposals for clients.

- Developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.

- Training personnel & helping team members to develop their skills.

Requirements :

- Candidates with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

- Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field.

- Representative skill with communication potential.

- Excellent Organizational skill.

SALARY- Rs. 30,000/- during on job training,

Rs. 32,000/- to Rs. 56,000/- per month in regular.

JD FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

- Four months of On Job Training (OJT) period from the date of joining.

- Have to create 4 Exclusive Distributor during OJT in their district or neighboring districts of Odisha or neighboring states as per the vacancy.

- Getting a monthly payment of Rupees Thirty thousand including all subject to creation of an Exclusive distributor.

- Apart from Rs. 30,000/- a BDM also getting extra 50,000/- incentives or Royal Enfield 350 cc Hunter Bullet, if he creates 4 exclusive distributors within 100 days with company- s terms & conditions.

- Similary, a BDM is getting additional incentives of Rs. 1,00,000/- if a BDM creates a Super Stockiest in any district as per vacancy.

- After OJT period, getting a regular salary of Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 56,000 per month including all.

Criteria of Exclusive Distributors : 

- BDMs have to create exclusive distributors who don- t belong to any other trade i.e any existing dealers or distributors belonging to FMCG trade shall not be eligible.

- Every profit earned by the distributors will be exclusively for him/her.

- The company give sale guarantee benefits to the distributors as per policy.

- For taking the exclusive distributorship of Casey Foods, required a sum of rupees One lakh as security for exclusive area occupy. The area (one block) allocated for a distributor shall be exclusive to him/her and no other distributor can enter his/her allocated area for sale of products.

- Distributor have to make a first minimum product order of Rs 54,416/-

- The Security money is 100% refundable as per company policy.

- Distributor will provide a marketing staff in the designation of Sales Executive under company's payroll who will look after the order and sale of products in his designated
