Manager - Business Development - FMCG (2-4 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE :
An eminent organisation involving various projects and products of common consumer interest, Casey Group is enhancing its marketing strategies in the market through Business Development Managers who will be responsible for driving business growth for the company. They are on to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Identifying opportunities in target markets for our organization's product and services.
- To create exclusively distributorship in their respective area of operations.
- To set up meetings with potential clients and converting the leads into business.
- To collaboration with marketing team members in creating new sales and advertising strategies.
- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team.
- Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs.
- Preparing status reports on goals.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
