Manager - Business Development - FMCG (2-3 yrs)
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities :
- Utilize business development skills to identify, qualify and develop relationships with prospective customers and generate new sales revenue.
- Ensure to take a fresh lead and move it across the lead funnel while taking it to closure.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and clearly communicate our products/services to match their needs
- After the confirmation on final commercials with the Client, prepare the contract and share it with the client.
- Track and maintain all sales activity in the company CRM.
- Develop close relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales targets. ensure consistent long-term business.
Requirements :
- Demonstrated ability to work with blue-collar staff.
- Prior experience( 2-3 years) of across logistics warehousing industry.
- Prior experience in FMCG industry will be preferred.
- High level of ownership, decision making and willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Good command over Office tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Prior start-up experience would be considered as an added advantage.
- Should be able to define priorities and manage timelines efficiently.
Qualification : Minimum of bachelors degree required.
