Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
2.To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
3.To negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.
4..To set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
5.To create exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
Requirements:
1. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
3. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
4. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
5. Help to plan sales campaigns
