Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-4 yrs)
Casey Galaxy India Pvt Ltd : A premier organization of Eastern India is involved in various segment of consumer interest. We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market.
Responsibilities :
1. Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order reorder etc.
2. Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
3. Perform other sales marketing or promotion related activities as and when instructed by the company.
4. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
5. Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction.
Requirements :
1. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
2. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
On job training : 4 months where salary shall be 30000/-with monthly business target achievement.
