Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:
1. Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
2. Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction.
3. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
4. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
5.- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements and skills
1.Track record of achieving sales quotas
2. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
3. Any degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
4. Work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role
5.Understanding of sales performance metrics
On job training-4 months where salary shall be 30000/-with monthly business target achievement.
