Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-4 yrs)
Casey Galaxy India Pvt Ltd. : A premier organization of Eastern India is involved in various segment of consumer interest.
Responsibilities :
1. Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
2. Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order reorder etc.
3. Perform other sales marketing or promotion related activities as and when instructed by the company.
4. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
5. Approaching Potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.
6. Report to the respective coordinator on (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
7. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Requirements :
1. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
2. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
4. Work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role
5. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
On job training : 4 months where salary shall be 30000/-with monthly business target achievement.
