Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create exclusive distributors, super stockiest & business associates and guide, coordinate them to achieve the target for the company towards the business growth.
- Observe all the stock reports, inventory, product order, re-order etc.
- Make strategic marketing plan for the sales team working under his jurisdiction.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Training personnel and helping team members in developing their skills.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skill and excellent organizational skill.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power point.
