Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
Casey Group, a trustworthy name in the FMCG segment established in Phulbani, having its corporate office at Bhubaneswar is hiring experienced sales professionals to help us to build up our business activities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
2. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
3. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
4. To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
5. To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
Requirements :
- Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
