Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients & Build long-term relationships with new & existing customers.
- Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs.
- Report to the respective coordinator on (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
Requirements:
- Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
- Experience in Customer Support is a plus
- Must have Time Management & planning skill
- Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role
- Must have Market Knowledge
