Manager - Business Development - FMCD (5-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the distributor/end user relationship in all accounts maintaining focus on emerging recruitment industry
- Lead and manage large RFP responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery objectives are meet.
- Develop trusting, lucrative business relationships with key decision makers as a proponent of recruitment/ staffing industry.
- Create technical system designs, write customer proposals, and provide sales support for IP video customer initiatives.
- Help build application from ground-up including target markets, partner strategy, messaging, CRM, go-to-market programs.
- Maintain CRM systems to ensure firm is speaking to the right contacts with the right messages at the right time.
- Lead centralized, electronic referral center coordinating post-acute service needs of patients discharging from multiple acute facilities in Arizona region.
- Work closely with the referral sources in promoting owner occupy, investment, and SBA loans to identify businesses.
- Provide e-business development, requirement analysis, and gap strategy.
Requirements and skills :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in recruitment industry is mandatory atleast 50% of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
