- Maintain relationships with Architects, Design Analysts, Builders, Contractors & Interior decorators to understand business or industry requirements.
- Generation of Leads
- Working with Sales team to support them in their target achievement
- Overseeing Business Development activities for Delhi NCR region and accountable for the company's brand approval for upcoming projects
- Responsible for hunting new architects and farming existing designers/architects to ensure long term business for the organization
- Ensuring good relationship with interior designer, architects and key contractors - Currently have professional network with more than 20+ Class A/B Architects
- Achieving monthly/quarterly target for both Specification and top line Sales
- Approval for different product range
- Ensured month on month business growth in the assigned territory viz. Within Delhi OR EAST DELHI region.
- However also cover site visits across Delhi NCR locations
