Manager - Business Development - Flexible Packaging (5-15 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business in the flexible packaging sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of flexible packaging solutions, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirement:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities in the flexible packaging industry. Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to develop effective strategies.
2.Sales and Business Development:
- Generate leads, develop a sales pipeline, and convert potential clients into loyal customers.
- Present the company's flexible packaging solutions to clients and recommend appropriate products based on their needs. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3.Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flexible packaging materials, technologies, and innovations.
1. Printed and unprinted laminated rolls and laminated pouches
2. Surface protection film.
3. Self-adhesive BOPP tape (clear, colored , and printed)
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging industry, including materials like BOPP, PET, CPP, PE, etc.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical details related to flexible packaging solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
