Manager - Business Development - FinTech (2-10 yrs)
- Sell new-age digital fintech solutions to financial institutions in the US
- Map customer profile to gain insight and a better understanding of the customer's needs
- Build a database of prospects to include target designations & names, companies, email IDs, phone calls
- Research topics such as the evolution of digital/AI in banking and help enhance messaging and collaterals
- Connect with the leads using the database built via email/phone
- Study the local and international competition and provide market intelligence to increase the win ratio
- Carry out product demos to prospects and create - wow-
- Pursue with prospects to move leads to deal closure!
Requirements
- The candidate should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets for International markets based out of India
- The candidate should have done remote sales to financial Services institutions (preferred)
- Candidate should have done software solution selling to USA (preferred)
- The candidate should be goal-oriented with a - go-get it attitude
- Good communication skills with the ability to quickly grasp the customers- pain points and tune discussions accordingly
- The candidate should have experience in doing product demos remotely
- Understanding the banking domain would be a big plus
- Should have experience building target customer database - target designations & names, companies, email Ids, phone numbers, etc
- Experience in interacting with key decision-makers and influencers - CXOs, Directors, VPs is a must
- The candidate should be ambitious with a strong passion for sales and intent to grow professionally
