Manager - Business Development - Fintech (1-10 yrs)
We are looking for passionate, smart deal origination team who are self-starter and goal achievers. Our ideal candidate is analytically strong, ready to learn various industries, love interactions and build long term relationships with clients. Candidate should be quick learner, can deal with ambiguity, is flexible and curious to learn nuances of debt products and lending business. An edge on technology and ability to navigate clients through platform will be cherry on icing.
Responsibilities :
- Originating new clients- can be SME, New Age businesses, Corporates who are looking for any kind of assistance in fund raising and business growth.
- Understanding the client business, debt requirements and onboarding them on the platform
- Liasion with the lenders, helping them understand the credit and assist in decision making
- Control over entire transaction end to end and support services in execution of the transaction through the platform
- Relationship management and cross sale of other products to clients
Basic Qualifications :
- Experience in originating new customers. The candidates done sourcing in NBFCs, Rating agencies, tech companies are preferred
- Good knowledge of understanding and reading financials
- Basic understanding of how to understand different business models
- Ability to engage and convince multiple stakeholders for deals
- Strong in relationship management- The objective of the platform is long term engagement and grow the platform with growth of the clients
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and belief in adhering to a dynamic culture
- Curiosity to learn navigation and passion for tech upgradation
Preferred Qualifications :
- Preference is based on skills on relationship and attitude of go getter
