Manager - Business Development - Financial/Stock Broking Firm (4-10 yrs)
Business Development Manager - (Female applicant)
Purpose :
The Sales Manager will generate new business and grow the existing business on behalf of the Company. Ensure that business targets are achieved on monthly, quarterly
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Explore market opportunities, pitch products and services (such as Stock broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Deposits, loans etc) of the Company and close business deals effectively.
2. Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets
3. Should provide on the job training to sales trainees and close business
4. Provide after sales services and ensure customer retention.
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
- Hold a Bachelors Degree along with Diploma in Sales and Marketing
Preferred Skills :
- Selling Skills, Team Management, Conversant with marketing in social media platform, Customer Services and Retention
Key Requirements :
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills - English, Hindi, Bengali.
- Basic understanding of various investment instruments i.e Mutual Funds, Bonds, Shares etc.
- Graduate with MBA( Preferable)
- Should have a minimum of 6 years of Experience with any reputed Financial/stock broking Company (Must).
- Analytical & Logical Skills
- Preferable age not more than 30 years.
- Negotiation and team management Skills
