Manager - Business Development - Financial Services (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for generating revenue by onboarding new distributors & retailers on the Credit program
2. Manage all new & existing distributors to increase orders & revenue
3. Ensure incremental business & revenue growth
4.Build positive working relationships with distributors & retailers to ensure smooth services
5. Coordinate with distributors to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation
6. Educate distributors and retailers on the services offered
7.Provide proposals, pricings to the clients on e-calls
8. Provide regular feedback to the various teams (Product, Business, Tech, Design etc.).
Required Skills
1. Minimum 3 years of experience - Core Sales, Market Expansion/Penetration, Business Development, preferably from Print/Digital/ ECommerce background.
2. Expertise in MSME Sales - Expertise in managing large Direct and Cross-functional Teams across geographies.
3.Strong in stakeholder management- Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross- team alignment.
4. Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills- Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
5.Should be a Thought Leader, Target Oriented, Assertive, Focused, Honest & Hard-working.
6. Strong Analytical, Interpersonal & Presentation Skills.
7.Ability to interact with any level in the organization.
