Job Description :
1. Candidate should be adept in new Business Acquisition, Key Account Growth, Customer Retention & Customer Service.
2. Should possess excellent industry knowledge and be able to identify and empanel organizations with active and consistent hiring scenarios to boost revenue.
3. Responsible for driving existing key accounts to increase wallet share.
4. Create a new network of companies in the various sectors by connecting with HR Heads / CXO Level decision makers for their immediate and future hiring requirements.
5. Meet the decision makers to understand the various job requirements according to their vision, mission and goals.
6. Engage with CXO level stakeholders and establish, maintain strong relationships with them.
Ideal candidate should be :
1. A strong networker having the right connects in the corporate sector.
2. Should be willing to travel locally or otherwise as per the job requirement.
3. Should be tech savvy
4. Should be a total people's person
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
