Manager - Business Development/Field Sales - Hotel (3-7 yrs)
Role -Business Development Executive
Full Time
Location - Delhi, Bangalore or Chennai and Mumbai (Field Sales)
Role & Responsibilities, but not limited to this only:
- Responsibility for market mapping, new business development and account management.
- Have a deep understanding of the product/ platform and highlight relevant features/functionality basis the client's specific business needs.
- Develop a quality pipeline and lead new client acquisitions.
- Making effective sales demos based on the needs of the prospects and handling negotiations.
- Ensure the business target achievement: pipeline building, client conversion, smooth onboarding and revenues
Develop excellent relationships with key clients, providing support during implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting any product issues or concerns.
- To provide client's inputs and insights to the product team, with the goal of making impact on internal strategy and securing the success of merchant
- To achieve & exceed the KPIs, revenue targets and company goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-5 years of experience in direct or outside sales (B2B sales experience is a plus)
- Strong business development & consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate
- Able to converse in English, Hindi & Local Language
