Manager - Business Development - Facility Management (5-8 yrs)
- Generation of new sales /business/contracts for Facility Management Services in various ways.
- Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Work with industry leads/senior management team to develop and implement strategic sales.
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Make cold calls and have an effective follow-up strategy.
- Identify and target specific new profitable business opportunities
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Generate and follow-up on leads for new inquiries and undertake meetings with potential clients to explain profitable business opportunities.
- Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
Business Development Manager Requirements :
- Should have 5 & above years of experience in Business Development in Facility Management industry.
- Good understanding of facility management.
