Job Description:
- The BDM will be responsible for business development in the Delhi region for Facility Management Services
- This individual will also serve as a subject matter expert for Security & Facility Management segments and maintain expertise in target verticals.
- The market includes Pvt Companies, IT, ITES, Banks, Insurance, Government Undertakings
- This role requires an experienced individual with background and deep knowledge of the segment. The individual should have experience in handling large customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market
- Develop a yearly plan for the region for acquiring new corporate customers
- Develop Relationships with key accounts
Key Competencies: Key skills and experience required for this role
- Business Development experience required.
- Understanding of Local Delhi Market
- Strong business analysis skills, including basic statistical abilities.
- Strong presentation skills.
