Manager - Business Development - Export (2-6 yrs)
We are looking out for a Business Development Manager with a passion to take care of end to end Operations and Generating new Sales Channel which encompasses:
- Carry out the day to day operations by coordinating with respective Vendors/Clients
- Nurture Client Relationship by addressing to customer complaints within 24 of receipt of complaint.
- Sourcing of Alternate vendors
- Real Time Tracking for All Shipments.
- Manage Deliveries on day to day basis
- Effective and Timely Communicate with internal Stakeholders proper management of Operations
- Monitor the day to day performance of the operations and Plan the dispatch accordingly
- Ensure proper checklist are created and adhered in order to ensure smooth functioning of operations
- Maintaining and updating the daily tracker
- Support the client queries on real time basis for any issues
- Have a sense of ownership and accountability
- KPI driven performance
- Ability to deliver results
- Create a Distributorship Channel Across pan India
- High attention to details
- Ability to prioritize based on importance/ urgency
- Basic understanding for Microsoft Excel and Tables
