About the Role:

- AVSAR HR Solutions is looking for Business Development Manager who is responsible for getting client accounts. Desired candidate must have an existing client relationship and a proven track record of success in getting staffing Clients.

Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of Staffing Industry.

- Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.

- Able to handle the entire Business Development life cycle starting from lead generation till emplacement.

- Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.

- Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location.

- Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.

- Prepare business presentations, proposals, and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.

- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure the delivery of assignments in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment.

- Analytical mind & attention to detail.

- Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence and be resourceful.
