Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Professional from the Recruitment/Executive Search Firm.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, having a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, having negotiation skills, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
2. Acquiring new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals
6. Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, delivery teams) to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.
7. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting information.
9. Handle clients' requirements and ensure that their needs are fulfilled.
10. Cold calling companies to generate more business for the recruitment agency.
11. Building own database of clients and contacts.
12. Assists the organization to meet recruiting goals by providing best recruiting practices.
13. Performs strategic Planning of the organization by consulting with top executives.
14. Negotiate pay and salary structure as well as finalize arrangements between candidates and clients.
