Business Development Manager with US IT Recruitment Experience

Responsibilities :

- Generate Sales and Business Development through client development from US market and India as well.

- Responsible for the planning and development, organization, and evaluation of sales activities and functions, formulates forecasts and goals for target clients and target markets and executes the company marketing strategies through sales activities towards fulfillment of the revenue goals and profit (Margin) goals established. 


- Also responsible for maintaining and locating new teaming partners relationships and helping to discover new avenues of work to increase and expand the company's growth and profitability

- Understanding client requirements and providing them matching resources.

- Marketing and placing our consultants all over the globe.

- Client and Consultant relationship management.

- Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.

- Demonstrated abilities in expanding the market, brand building, generating new business and targeting potential customers.

- Proven ability in forecasting monthly / annual sales targets and executing them in given time frame.

- Streamlining workflow & creating a team work environment to enhance profitability for reputed business houses.

Specialties : Areas of expertise include :

- Generating qualified leads through cold calling, Emails & fix meeting with IT Manager/Heads/CEOs/CTOs.

- Sales Lead generation through websites to get CXOs/CTOs phone number & mail ids.

- Providing inputs to the Online / Web Advertising, Marketing Plans, Strategies of the Company & Ensuring their Implementation.

- Developing Marketing Documents, Website Content & Creating Ideas for different types of Promotional Activities.

- Planning, Preparing Documents, Executing Email Campaigns & Participation in selective events.

- Assist in Market Segment Identification, targeting & positioning of Company's Product & Services.

- Conduct Market Research on Competitors, Customers & Industry Verticals to provide Marketing Insights to the Sales & Management team.
