Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Understand client requirements and provide customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
4. Manage and cater to all the already generated leads.
5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
6. Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
7. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements :
1. Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
2. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
