Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (3-9 yrs)
Job Role :
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensuring to stay updated according to current market trends.
- Maintaining the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product/ service positioning
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Handle complaints from customers
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data, like revenues, expenses, and competition
- Make sure to adhere to the company's policies and guidelines
- Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate self to optimize sales performance.
- Manage all communication with existing clients to maintain long-term relationships through various modes such as telephone and e-mail.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates need to have 4-5 years of B2B/Corporate Sales experience.
- Strong industry connect at a senior level in HR/Recruitment/Legal/Compliance
- Strong active database of clients
