Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (3-7 yrs)
- Acquire new clients to get the recruitment assignments/Job roles onboard for the firm.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Establishing Business development strategies for maximum revenue generation.
- Strong focus on selling to new/prospective clients and managing closed clients.
- Leverage best practices to drive and successfully generate new business opportunities; build and effectively manage a list of new prospects to drive business development.
- Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue.
- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Account Management- handling clients & managing relationships.
- Achieves sales targets and controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Skillset :
- 3-7 years of experience in strategic/consultative sales as a hunter.
- Experienced in driving lead generation and sales management programs with the ability to build relationship with key decision makers.
- Experienced in staffing/recruitment industry.
- Solid understanding of HR services.
- Network of existing contacts and clients across Pan India.
- Added qualification in business development / sales / technology would be preferred
