Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-7 yrs)
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conduct research to identify new markets and Business needs.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Making Cold Calls to find potential Clients.
- Fixing Meetings with Companies to empanel with them for hiring requirements.
- Negotiating Commercials with the companies as per set standard and CAP limit.
- Business Mining for Key Accounts (Existing Accounts).
- Managing & closing all recruitment needs within the decided time frame for each role of the company, JDs & Advertising.
0 Craft relevant job descriptions, website advertising, social media recruitment updates & networking, - Shortlisting and selection of CV's, attending & scheduling interviews for all interview panel members (via zoom), maintaining the recruitment tracker & updating of the company resource plan.
- Reference check, joining documentation (ID, certificates, employee documents) closing on offer letters within defined time frame, continually developing a robust recruitment process.
- Generating revenue form the existing and new clients over and above the monthly target.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
