Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-6 yrs)

We have opening for Business Development Manager/ Executive (Recruitment Firm )
Role & Responsibility:-
- Managing end to end business development & revenue generation for recruitment & staffing business through client acquisition.
- Identifying potential clients through Market research & Cold calling to generate new business, Internet Research
- Lead generation through other innovative ways.
- Internal coordination with delivery team and management
- Interact with clients, through e-mails & calls to generate business and resolve operational aspects.
- Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR personnel in hiring companies
- Understanding Job Specifications for positions across Job categories and Industries from clients.
- Managing ongoing client relations to ensure ongoing business with existing and new clients
- Preparation of quotations & Business Proposals for acquiring new prospective Clients & working for the existing client.
- Follow up and Relationship Building with clients and internal team.
- Submit timely report to the Management as per prescribed formats and responsible for all documentation /requirements.
- Engage with Recruitment team to make sure the set targets are achieved.
- Payment Follow-up and maintain Sales Record and Target.
5 days working
Office Timing- 9.30AM to 6.30 PM (Domestic)

- Any Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development / Client services / account management
- Good Proven record for converting leads into business
- Good spoken and written English communication
- Strong Presentation Skill & business plan skills
- Preferably someone who has worked for a HR firm/Recruitment/Consulting / IT consulting.
- MS office ( Excel, Word, Power point) skill are important
