Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to coordinate and facilitate the expansion of our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the experience and dedication to create and apply an effective growth strategy and pass your knowledge to colleagues. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting services and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and maintain targeted audience and prospect client pipeline
- Generating revenue by acquiring new customers related to various industries.
- Cold call to the leads for direct one to one approach
- Accurate forecasting and creating strategies for successful campaigns, events and workshops
- Learn the best development practices
- Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
- Must have Excellent English and Hindi Writing & Speaking Skills especially confident in understanding clients- requirements and immediate work action towards it.
- Good time management skills and Willingness to learn.
- Playing a critical part in achieving organization's revenue goals
- Bringing outcome with using minimum usgae of resources.

Requirement :
