Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-4 yrs)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development of Contract to Hire Staffing in IT Domain
- Proven Experience in account acquiring and working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT customers
- Plan and deliver the business volume targeted every quarter
- Ability to understand the flow of the business requirement in the market and present proposals to the customer for new business opportunities under IT Contract Staffing Models
- Regular travel to meet decision-makers and stakeholders of customers and understand the project requirements and plan for increasing the business volume
- Tracking business forecasts from the customers and ensuring to get the business volume delivered monthly.
- Leading a team of HR recruiters to hire the component profile
- Submitting business MIS to the Management on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring Compliance from Deployment till Invoicing
