Job Description :

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients seeking recruitment and payroll management services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in need of recruitment and payroll management services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Collaborate with the recruitment and payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services.

- Conduct in-person meeting with potential clients at their convenient location.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or payroll management industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR market is a plus.
