- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications And announcements.

- Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments to attain targets.

- KPI's include complete business responsibility i.e. prospecting new clients, competition mapping, prospect validations, sharing business proposal, rigorous follow ups, &proposal negotiations required to enter into contract.

- Cementing healthy business relationships with the CXO Level people, amongst the Fortune 500 Co's & Competition Clients.

- Managing Strategic Accounts as KAM &handling escalations as the owner of the Relationship & business, thereby administering a strong alliance with them for cross sell, repeat & referral businesses.

- Optimally use existing CRM tools and processes to record and review sales active. Excellent English communication skills & selling skills.

- Talented & Smart Working Business Developers who wish to learn and grow.

- Ambitious & Self Motivated Freshers Are Also Welcome.
