- Client Acquisition
- Client Relationship Management
- Client Networking & Nurturing Relationship with Key Accounts (Key Account Management)
- Market research & analysis of target area in terms of overall market penetration
- Overall, Client Servicing & Delivery Management
- Generate new business leads and opportunities Working on Professional Networking sites like LinkedIn
- Research over the internet about the potential client's company and its key decision makers
- Fetch contact information and interact with HR over the phone, emails etc.
- Meeting the potential clients and trying to get the T & C signed on the dotted lines
- Develop and maintain the professional relationship with clients
- Developed contacts with people working at influential positions across the verticals like IT, Retail, ecommerce, Pharma and Healthcare etc.
- Will be doing recruitment as when required
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Communication skills (both Verbal & written), and Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Well versed with presentation skills & moreover should be willing to pursue their career in Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Corporate Business Development (CBD)
- Strong engagement & relation building skills.
- Must be independent, self-driven and a good team-player who can be hands on as when required
- To Acquire new corporate clients in the specified region and interact with departmental heads for business and operations - CEO/Head HR/ Vendor Procurement managers
- Should have exposure to recruitment lifecycle
