Manager - Business Development - Event/Wedding Venue (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for strategizing & partnering with event/ wedding venues in Bangalore.
- Expanding our footprint as an event/ wedding venue expert in Bangalore.
- Being our single point of contact for all key venue relationships.
- Developing market & key segment entry strategy.
- Keeping a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city.
- Complete responsibility & ownership of the venue partnership targets for the company by creating and executing local marketing strategies to encourage penetration of the brand as a preferred partner.
What are we looking for ?
- Experience in B2B sales/ partnerships or venue/ real estate partnerships.
- Comfortable conversing in Kannada.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
- Analytical and data driven.
- Energetic and self-starter, agile and flexible.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Comfortable to travel to any region across the city extensively
